'Anonymous'  series

A 'laboratory' project featuring small format panels with experimental 3-dimensional collages, using unorthodox materials such as cork shavings and panels, silicon, fur, faux fibre, and more.

 

In this series, Yulia creates images of metamorphosis with her signature artistic language, constructing half-life substances and self-assembling sculptures that transcend their own borders and the plane of the painting.

Using portraiture as the foundation of her exploration, Yulia presents the face as a mask—not in a ritualistic sense, but as an allegorical layer of personality. These are portraits of anonymity, depicting nobody in particular.
